NOTE: The GoDaddy service is not working right now on my laptop (6/20/25). The services listed on my website are currently not showing up and a big black box appears instead. I tried from my cell phone, and the website is working. I just spent an hour on the phone with GoDaddy technicians. They say the services are also showing up on their computers. Most likely the problem on my end is my very limited 5 meg WiFi speed. If you do not see the list of services on this home page (private appointments, classes, lectures), please call me at 906-450-5033 if you would like to request a private appointment.

NORMAL BOOKING PROCEDURE: If you would to set up a private appointment to get into the rock shop, please click on the desired type of appointment below to schedule the day and time you would like.  Note that appointments will not always be possible given my schedule, especially on an impromptu basis. Also, for impromptu appointments, to bribe me to come out of "semi-retirement," a minimum purchase is required to make it worth my while since I am currently working on writing my fourth agate book, which will be available in June 2026.  To guarantee entry into the rock shop, it would be best for you to select click on the BOOK NOW link next to your desired option. A calendar will pop up — advance to the desired month, select the desired date, and click on the desired time below the calendar.  Not all dates and times are available. I set my schedule  each day around the advanced bookings and will certainly honor these appointments, but i may not be available for dates and times on an impromptu basis. The antiques in the rock shop's west addition are gone and now a wide array of fluorescent rocks are in this room. The long wave 365 nm fluorescent rocks include syenite (the "Y" rock), ruby, fluorite, agate, sodalite, and more. The short wave 255 nm rocks include willamite, calcite, agates, and more. We also have a wide array of UV flashlights available including long wave, mid wave, and short wave.
